📸 Instagram — read this first
• Needs a Professional account (Settings → Account type). Personal accounts have no Live option at all.
• On instagram.com: Create → Live video. You get a Stream URL and a Stream key — paste them joined, URL first.
• Both halves are single-use. Instagram issues a new pair for every broadcast, so there's nothing worth saving — grab it right before you start.
• Once we connect, press Go live on Instagram as well. Two buttons: ours sends the stream, theirs publishes it.
